We typically stay at 3–4 star hotels within 3 miles of project site. Lodging details are confirmed with you during the discovery call.

Every room package includes a custom moodboard, 3D renderings with 3 views, and a curated shopping list — everything you need to visualize and execute your new space.
Minor edits include swapping out a furniture piece, adjusting a color palette, or specific targeted changes within the existing concept. A substantial redesign means starting from scratch — a full change in design direction. If that's requested after 3D renderings have been delivered, it's billed at $300 per moodboard.
Most rooms take 1–2 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Multi-room projects are sequenced so everything flows together cohesively.

Yes — additional revisions beyond the included 3 rounds are billed at $300 per moodboard.
Full payment is required upfront before work begins. For projects over $10,000, installment plans are available — this will be discussed during your discovery call.
Not a problem — additional rooms can be added at any point at the flat fee rate, and the multi-room discount applies.
Both. For the initial consultation we strongly recommend meeting in person — seeing your space makes a significant difference. Follow-ups can be via email, phone, or Zoom at your preference.
Absolutely — your deliverables are yours to keep and execute on your own terms. Or you can hand it back to us to manage through our Design & Build service.
Yes — if you decide you'd like us to handle procurement, contractor coordination, and full project management, you can upgrade to Design & Build at any point. We'll pick up right where we left off.
